MSC coach shuttle

We use modern coaches with air-condition, toilet and galley kitchen.

Please note that could are comparable coaches from our partners be used in. This vehicles are marked at the windscreen. If there are only few passengers the shuttle service to the principal coach could be implemented by mini-buses or taxis.

Because of limited space we can carry 2 pieces of luggage up to 25 kg p.p. Additional one small bag (e.g. handbag or small backpack, but NO trolley bag) can be taken into the bus. In the majority of cases of journeys to Genova and Venice there will be an overnight stop-over, therefore it is useful to prepare a separate luggage to ensure an easy-going process at the hotel.

Bulky luggage like prams, walking frames or wheelchairs must declare up to four weeks ahead of the journey.

All your pieces of luggage need to have a label of the shipping company.

We recommend also to take out a luggage insurance.

The overnight stay will be in a three- to four-star hotel in greater Verona or Milan. Due to permanently changing bookings we have to react within a short period of time, therefore we are not able to name the hotels

Your cruise fare includes an overnight with breakfast. At the hotel there will also be a possibility to have an individual dinner (not inclusive). Our stuff will inform you during the arrival.

Child seats need to organize by yourself. In the coaches and in the other vehicles of your journey the obligation to wear the seat belt exists.

Prams and buggies must declare up to four weeks ahead of the journey.

• The transport of medical devices including wheel chairs and rollators must declare up to four weeks ahead of the journey. The information is needed for providing enough space. Its only possible to carry wheel chairs and rollator which are foldable. The transport of electric wheelchairs with a liquid battery is not possible.
• We cannot ensure cooling options during the journey, especially if sections done by smaller vehicles without a fridge.
• A connection to the onboard electronics cannot be allowed due to security reasons
• Not allowed is the transport of oxygen apparatus, which are operated by compressed air bottles

There are regular stops. These depending on traffic situations and legal requirements for bus drivers, as well as on timetables and next stops.

We offer you for only 5,00 EUR a seat reservation per seat and route (pay in cash in that coach, where the reservation is booked for). Please register the reservation 3-10 weekdays ahead of your journey under:

The seat reservation has only a validity in the main coach, not in shuttle busses.

From more than 20 paying guests you can request a special stop at MSC Kreuzfahrten. Otherwise you can only get on at the known stops (see also on google-maps). Individual stops cannot be realized. Thank you for your understanding.
